Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using Op3n Hou5e (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Op3n Hou5e. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You retain ownership of content you publish (posts, listings, jobs, messages, media). You grant PronarOS LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely to operate and promote the Platform.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to publish your content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

You agree not to: post unlawful, harmful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit content; impersonate another person or entity; scrape, crawl, or attempt to access MLS or third-party data sources through the Platform; upload malware or malicious code; or interfere with the Platform's operation.

Op3n Hou5e strictly prohibits scraping, automated data extraction, and connections to MLS APIs. All listings and media must be user-uploaded or AI-generated within the Platform.

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination at our sole discretion.

PronarOS LLC may review, remove, or disable access to content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to verify accounts, limit visibility, or suspend features for accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Platform may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content is accurate, reliable, or complete.

Op3n Hou5e is not a real estate brokerage and does not verify listing information. All property data is provided by users and should be independently verified.

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any content you publish. We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from platform updates, account changes, or service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PronarOS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

You may delete your account at any time. PronarOS LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the Platform or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
